Is there any caffeine in IDLE?
None. Every flavour is zero caffeine, zero sugar and zero calories.
What is KSM-66?
KSM-66 is a full-spectrum extract made from the root of the ashwagandha plant, a herb long used in Ayurveda.
How is it sweetened?
With sucralose, an artificial sweetener, which is why there is no sugar and no calories. It is listed on the label.
Who shouldn't drink it?
IDLE is not recommended for children, or for pregnant or lactating women. If you are on medication or have a health condition, check with your doctor first.
