These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and IDLE ("we", "us", "our") in relation to your use of our website and purchase of our products. Continued use of our website constitutes your acceptance of these Terms, as amended from time to time.

Our website and services are available only to individuals who are at least 18 years of age and who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed, and will notify you of such cancellation.

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion — for instance, in cases of product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payments are processed through reputed, RBI-authorised Indian payment platforms. Your payment details are collected, processed, and stored directly by these payment partners, in accordance with their own privacy and security standards, including PCI-DSS compliance. IDLE does not have access to, and does not store, your full payment credentials.

An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified by our payment partner.

We currently ship pan-India. Order processing times, delivery timelines, shipping charges, and our process for damaged deliveries are set out in detail in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect address information provided by you.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by writing to us at the email address in section 17. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

As a food and beverage product, we do not accept general returns of unopened, undamaged products. Our returns process applies only to cartons that arrive physically damaged, with cans inside damaged as a result, verified through photographic evidence and resolved by way of exchange. If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Use the website for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' accounts, or any part of our website

We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party website. Your interactions with such third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take care in the manufacture and packaging of our products, we do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure.

Product information, including ingredient and nutritional claims, is provided for general informational purposes. Please refer to the product label for the most accurate and current information, and consult a medical professional if you have specific health conditions or concerns before consuming our products.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IDLE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or products, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or products shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold IDLE, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of our website, or violation of applicable law.

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using our website, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, India.
